Have coached national medalists in several disciplines at the youth, junior and University level.  Was a coach for NS in 2001 and Alberta in 2005 for Canada Games.  Attended 2008 World Youth Championships as a coach with national team.

In an ecclectic athletic career, I have competed (at least once) in every athletics discipline except hammer throw and the marathon.
