Podium Performance Sessions - Nova Scotia

The CSCA will draw on the experiences of our highly qualified staff and service providers to share their expertise in various areas of preparation and peaking.  We will also draw on our relationships with the region's most experienced National Team coaches to talk about best practices in coaching, asking them about the lessons they have learned along the way.  The subject matter for these monthly two hour sessions will include regional and national funding opportunities for high performance, best practices in coaching, mental training, nutrition, physiology and sport medicine.  We hope to spread the presentations outside of Halifax Regional Municipality, facility and speakers pending.
